Sivuja 42. Liitteet 2 kpl. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena on laatia perehdyttämisopas Rovaniemen seurakunnalle. Opas on apuväline perehdyttäjille käytännössä toteutettavaan yleis- ja alkuperehdytykseen, jonka avulla uusi työntekijä oppii tuntemaan työpaikkansa, seurakunnan toiminta-ajatuksen, vision ja strategian, työsuhteen ehdot, työpaikan tavat ja työntekijät. Oppaan liitteeksi laaditaan erillinen muistilista perehdyttämiseen. Tavoitteena on myös selvittää niitä asioita ja näkö-kohtia, jotka vaikuttavat perehdyttämisen onnistumiseen. Henkilökohtaisena tavoitteenam-me on oman ammatillisen asiantuntijuuden kasvu työyhteisömme henkilöstöasioissa. Opinnäytetyö on toiminnallinen opinnäytetyö, jonka olemme toteuttaneet kvalitatiivisena tutkimuksena. Toiminnallinen ja teoreettinen osuus vuorottelevat raportissa. Tiedonkeruumenetelmänä olemme käyttäneet puolistrukturoitua lomakehaastattelua. Perehdytysoppaan laatimiseen haimme tietoa alan kirjallisuudesta, kirkkohallituksen ja seurakunnan ohjeistuksista sekä käyttämällä osallistuvaa havainnointia. Laadimme Rovaniemen seurakunnalle perehdyttämisoppaan uusien työntekijöiden alku- ja yleisperehdyttämiseen ja muistilistan perehdytysprosessin läpiviemiseen. Perehdyttämisen toteuttamisessa ja onnistumisessa pidetään tärkeänä, että perehdyttämistoimenpiteet on suunniteltu etukäteen, perehdyttämiseen on varattu tarpeeksi aikaa, perehdyttäjä on nimetty, ja että perehdyttämisen tueksi löytyy yhtenäinen ohjeistus ja aineistoa. Toimeksiantajalta saadun palautteen mukaan perehdyttämisopas ja muistilista vastaavat Rovaniemen seurakunnan tarvetta perehdyttämisaineistosta. The practical objective of this bachelor’s thesis is to compile an orientation guide for the Rovaniemi parish. The guide is a practical tool for general and initial orientation which allows a new employee to get acquainted with the job, the terms of employment, the practices of the workplace, other employees, and especially with the vision, strategy and the business concept of the Rovaniemi parish. The guide has an attached separate checklist for orientation. The aim is also to examine issues and aspects impacting on successful orientation. Our personal goal of this thesis is to increase our professional expertise in the human resources issues in our own work communities. This bachelor’s thesis is a functional thesis carried out as a qualitative study. The functional and theoretical parts alternate in the thesis report. As the data collection method we used a semi structured form interview. For the orientation guide work we searched information from literature, the documents and directions of the Church Council and parish and by using participatory observation in the Rovaniemi parish. We created the orientation guide for new employees for general and initial orientation and the checklist for the completion of the orientation process for the Rovaniemi parish. The implementation and the success of the orientation are very important. Essential for successful implementation is that the actions of orientation are planned in advance, the time for orientation is long enough, the person in charge for orientation is named beforehand, and support material is available. The orientation guide and checklist meet the requirements set for the orientation material for the Rovaniemi parish.
